SSSC 23 Digital – No.1 Blogger

Hello blog! I am writing this post to work towards earning the SSSC 23 Digital Open Badges. My name is Eilidh and I am a Trainee EYP for Aberdeen City Council. I previously had a personal blog where I wrote about many different things including women’s health, LGBTQ+ and Mental Health awareness. So starting a blog isn’t new for me. What will be new is relating this blog to the professional side of my life. There is a lot of learning and training when it comes to working in Early Years. So I hope this blog will help me to gain more confidence in the field and share a bit of what it is like to train as a EYP in Scotland.
